Love 2 shop: Love the loveseat, but..

I am very happy with the loveseat. It us very comfortable and seems like it will hold up well. The back pillows seem a little understuffed, but again, very comfortable. I did have some problems. The first loveseat I received had a very small hole in the back. I called Amazon who exchanged it, no questions asked. Two weeks later they delivered the new loveseat but did not pick up the old one. It took at least another 2 weeks for them to come get the damaged one. It was very inconvenient especially since I had company. So I wound up having the new loveseat still in its packing plastic pushed as far out of the way as I could. Then when the trucking company finally did come pick up the old one, they called 20 minutes before getting to my house. My husband nor I was home at this time so the woman I had watching my mother had to move 2 loves eats around so they could come pick it up For the life of me I dont understand why they couldn't have taken the damaged loveseat when they delivered the new.
